Idaho's Craig blocks two-week farm bill extension

Idaho Republican Senator Larry Craig, who last week threatened to block any further short-term farm bill extensions whatsoever, insisted he couldn’t accept anything more than another one-week farm bill extension.

Nicole Manning received the Physician's Assistant of the Year award for the State of Idaho, and it came as a big surprise. She works at the Free Clinic in Pocatello.

Such a prick...along with his antics on just about everything, holding up military promotions, etc, etc. Now you know why his colleagues in the Senate would never give him any real power over serious subcommittees in Appropriations.
Plus they knew how easily 'ol, yacht-boy loving Larry could be blackmailed.
