  1. Such a prick...along with his antics on just about everything, holding up military promotions, etc, etc. Now you know why his colleagues in the Senate would never give him any real power over serious subcommittees in Appropriations.

    Plus they knew how easily 'ol, yacht-boy loving Larry could be blackmailed.
