  • Twin Falls employees have been included in a class action case against Dell Call Centers. According to reports from Texas, an Oregon judge has certified the case for class action status bringing in most of the 5,000 call center staff in the U.S. who claim the computer giant has underpaid them since 2004. A Dell spokesman declined to comment on the case, but the company denied the claims in its court filings.

  • Real estate on the Eastern Idaho side are saying there is a strain, but no decline. Steven Hatch with the Greater Idaho Falls Association of Realtors told KIFI-TV it works like a pendulum. Swinging back and forth to the extremes, and the major problem, banks gave money to people it shouldn't have. Most people here in Eastern Idaho, haven't seen any real issues after the nation wide problems with Freddy Mac, and Fanny May.
