A lifelong learner, adept businesswoman and natural leader, Lisa Grow has a nearly 40-year career with Idaho Power. She began there in 1987 shortly after completing her electrical engineering degree from the University of Idaho.

She has never been afraid of a challenge and always took on roles and jobs that pushed her to learn. Grow worked her way up the ladder at Idaho Power, eventually serving as the company’s senior vice president and chief operating officer. In 2020, she stepped into her current role as president and CEO, where she oversees all of the company’s operations and growth. Concurrently with this position, Grow serves on the board of directors for IDACORP and Idaho Power.

Away from work, Grow supports STEM education in order to build up the next generation of leaders. She is also involved on board leadership for St. Luke’s Health System and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco’s Salt Lake City branch. She’s also an honorary commander for the Idaho Air National Guard’s 124th Fighter Wing.
